AIMANA Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our official customer support first:

Once we receive your email/message, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone and will process your request within 48 hours.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With all tags intact

  • In its original packaging

  • With a receipt or proof of purchase (order number / payment record, etc.)


Returnable Cases (Any of the following)

  • You received a defective product

  • You received an item that does not match your order

  • The parcel was lost during transit (subject to carrier verification)


Non-Returnable Cases

We cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • The protective anti-dust/static film has been removed or used

  • The watch has been intentionally damaged or shows obvious man-made damage

  • Official proof of purchase cannot be provided

  • Abnormal/invalid customer address information that prevents successful delivery


Free Shipping & Return Shipping Fee (Important)

We offer free shipping on orders. However, due to international logistics costs, if you request a return or refund:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee

  • Returned items must be shipped back to our China warehouse (the return address and shipping instructions will be provided after approval)

Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item separately.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@aimanatime.com or via the website WhatsApp.
