Warranty Policy
This one-year limited watch warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights that are separate from, and in addition to, the rights granted under consumer protection laws, including but not limited to rights concerning defective goods. The benefits of this limited warranty are supplementary and do not replace any rights provided by applicable consumer laws.
Your watch is warranted by Haina Starlink Co., Ltd. (“AIMANA”) for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. A valid purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.
During the warranty period, the movement and display of the watch are the only components covered by this warranty. If these parts are proven to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use, the defective parts will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge, including both parts and labor.
This warranty does not cover:
• Defects in materials or workmanship related to the battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet, including the plating of the case and/or bracelet.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of maintenance, accidents, normal wear and tear, or aging.
• Water damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions and water-resistance ratings stated on the product.
• Products not purchased from an authorized retailer.
• Battery replacement.
If the watch is damaged due to accident, negligence, unauthorized service or repair by persons other than authorized dealers or service agents, or any other causes not related to material or workmanship defects, this warranty becomes void. The warranty will also be void if the serial number, product date code, or any tracking marks have been removed, altered, or erased.
Unless otherwise stated, the above warranties and remedies are exclusive and replace all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, or non-infringement. AIMANA expressly disclaims all such warranties.
AIMANA shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages or liabilities arising out of or related to the sale or use of this product, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability, or any other legal theory, even if AIMANA has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if any limited remedy stated herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. AIMANA’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid, and AIMANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the product.
Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. Where implied warranties cannot be completely excluded, they will be limited to the duration of the written warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
